Does Structure Matter More Than Intensity in Training?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking a lot about how structure affects results — not just in business or planning, but in fitness too. Recently I started training at a Manchester-based studio called The Olympus Projects, and what stood out to me is how they run their programs with structured 8–12 week cycles instead of random one-off sessions.
Each group class has a purpose — some focused on strength (Herculean Trials), others on mobility or aesthetics — and it really reminded me of how a phased approach often delivers better, more sustainable outcomes.
I’m curious: whether in fitness, work, or even daily habits — do you find structure helps you stay consistent? Or do you prefer flexible, go-with-the-flow routines?
Would love to hear your thoughts and personal experiences!
